I’m a Certified Life Coach with credentials including an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification, EAP (Employee Assistance Program) certification, a B.A. in Psychology, certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), and AAC certification as an Activities Professional through the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP). I specialize in working with individuals navigating the retirement years and life transitions.
